Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We proudly ship worldwide!
How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?
It depends on your location.
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, and while we aim to dispatch all items on time, delays may occasionally occur.
Once shipped, delivery generally takes 14–35 days. Tracking information will be sent via email after processing so you can monitor your order.
If your order has not been received within 8–9 weeks, you are eligible for a full refund or a reshipment.
Please note that we currently do not ship to the following countries and regions: Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei, Chile, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Egypt, Estonia, Georgia, Honduras, Iceland, India, Jamaica, Jersey, Kosovo, Kuwait, Lesotho, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Mongolia, Morocco, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Réunion, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, South Africa, and Sri Lanka.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and get real-time updates on its delivery progress.
Do you offer warranties on your products?

Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, include photos if possible. We always aim to respond in 3 days or less!
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of confirmation.
To request a change, please contact us with your name and order number at info@glowco.beauty
After this 12-hour window, orders are processed, and we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
What methods of payment do you take?

Do I need to pay import duties?
Please note that some orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, depending on the destination country.
Due to updated EU VAT regulations, shipments to EU member states may incur additional charges upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
